One-on-one personal financial coaching

Individual coaching to stop improvising with your money. We look at your real situation together, organize what is out of order, and build a system you can actually sustain.

One-on-one financial coaching

The problem is almost never how much you earn

There was a point in my life when I earned around a thousand dollars and spent the thousand. Then I started earning two thousand and spent the two thousand. I felt I was doing things right because I was working more and generating more income. But every time my income went up, my lifestyle went up with it.

That is what I see over and over in the people who come to coaching. They do not come because they cannot do math. They come because nobody taught them what to do with the money they already have, and because they are tired of working hard and building nothing.

Having good income does not mean having good finances.

It is not a lack of discipline, it is a lack of clarity

Almost everyone who comes here believes they are the problem: that they lack willpower, that they are disorganized, that they are simply not good at this. It is almost never that. What happens is that they are seeing one hundred and eighty degrees of their finances and there are another one hundred and eighty they are not seeing. That unseen half is where the money goes.

The Claridad 1:1 Method

The individual work has a name and a shape. It is a three-phase system we walk through together, and one we return to every time a new decision shows up.

  1. 01AwarenessYou see exactly what is happening with your money. No varnish, no guessing and none of the version you tell yourself.
  2. 02Clean-upWe find the leaks and the invisible debt: the kind that shows up nowhere except in your balance at the end of the month.
  3. 03DirectionYou leave with a clear plan. How much you owe, how much you pay each month and the date you finish.

How we work

One-on-one coaching is a process, not a one-off talk. We start by seeing where you actually are, not where you think you are. From there we build the structure, and then we work on what makes that structure hold or break: your habits and your relationship with money.

1. An honest diagnosis

We put the numbers on the table: what comes in, what goes out, what debt exists and at what rate, and where the money that shows up nowhere is actually going. Most people discover expenses here that they had not seen in years.

2. Structure and budget

We build a budget that matches your real life, your type of income and your obligations. A perfect budget you abandon in three weeks is worth nothing. An imperfect one you can sustain for years is worth a great deal.

3. Debt plan

If there is debt, we sort out which to attack first and on what criteria, and we define what has to change so it does not fill back up. Often the most important step is not paying faster, it is no longer using the card as an extension of your salary.

4. Habits and mindset

You can give someone the best budget in the world, but if you do not work on what sits behind their decisions, they will probably repeat the same patterns. Here we look at why you buy when you buy: whether it is to feel better, to prove something, or because you normalized living in debt.

What you take away

  • A clear picture of your finances, no guessing
  • A budget that matches your life and that you can sustain
  • A concrete debt payoff plan, with order and criteria
  • Clarity on the habits that were costing you money
  • A way to decide on purchases without guilt or anxiety

How we start

The first session is not theory. You arrive with your numbers exactly as they are, even if they are a mess, even if it is embarrassing, even if you do not know exactly how much you owe. That is precisely the starting point I need. We look together at what comes in, what goes out and what is leaving without you noticing.

You leave that first conversation with two things: a real picture of where you stand, with no varnish, and the first concrete step for the following week. Not a twelve-month plan nobody sustains, but the next action. The rest of the plan is built on what you actually do, not on what you promise.

Who it is for

For people who earn well and still feel it is never enough. For anyone who wants out of debt and does not know where to start. For anyone who already tried to get organized alone, with apps and videos, and could not sustain it.

Who it is not for

I would rather say it plainly: this is not investment advice, I do not sell financial products and I do not promise to make you rich quickly. What I do is education and coaching so you make better decisions with your own money.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to earn a lot for this to help?

No. In fact, the less margin you have, the more structure matters. The work is the same: knowing what comes in, what goes out and what decisions you are making.

Is this investment advice?

No. It is personal finance coaching and education. I do not recommend instruments and I do not manage anyone's money. I help you organize yours so you can later make decisions with a clear head.

How long until I see a change?

Order shows up fast, usually in the first weeks, because you stop operating blind. Habit change takes longer, which is why this is a process and not a single session.

Do you work with people outside Panama?

Yes. Sessions are over video call and I work with people across LATAM.

What if I have tried to get organized before and it did not work?

That is exactly why this is one-on-one. You do not get a generic template here: we build a plan around your reality, your income, your debt and the way you actually live. The difference is almost never the information, it is the structure and having someone with you.

What if my debts are very large?

It does not matter whether there are three, ten or more. What creates the anxiety is not the number, it is not having a plan. You will leave knowing how much you owe, how much to pay and in what order to move.

Not sure which one is yours?

Tell me what is happening with your money and I will tell you where I would start.
