Group personal finance program

The same method as the individual coaching, in a group. You move forward with structure, with follow-up, and with people going through the same process.

Group program

Why the group format works

Learning on your own can work, but it can also make you take far longer to get to the result. Sometimes you do not need to keep trying ten different things. You need someone to look at your situation and tell you this is what is failing, this is what you have to sort first, and this is the next step.

Something else happens in a group: you stop feeling like you are the only one. When you hear someone describe exactly what you are living, a weight comes off and you focus on solving instead of justifying.

When one person learns to handle their money better, that can transform an entire family.

How it is built

Live sessions

Each session works one concrete block: diagnosis, budget, debt, habits, stability. These are not theory classes, you move forward on your real numbers.

Weekly exercises

Between sessions there is a short, concrete task. Short on purpose: the goal is that you do them, not that they pile up.

Follow-up

We review what got done and what did not, and why. That part is what makes change stick, and it is exactly what is missing when you try to sort yourself out alone with internet videos.

Small groups on purpose

I work with small groups, because in a group of a hundred people nobody asks and nobody knows each other. With a few people I can actually see each case, and the participants end up being the most valuable part of the process for one another: someone two weeks ahead of you telling you how they solved it is worth more than any template.

What a week inside the program looks like

The week opens with the live session. It lasts just long enough to work through one full block without dragging, and it is recorded for anyone who cannot attend. There I explain the week's topic with real cases, the kind you recognise because they happen to you, and we make the exercise clear.

Between sessions you do that exercise with your own numbers. These are twenty or thirty minute tasks, designed to get done, not to pile up. And during the week the group stays open: you can ask, share what got complicated, or simply read how someone else solved it. Often the answer that helps you does not come from me, it comes from someone who went through the same thing two weeks earlier.

And before the next session, we review. What got done, what did not, and why. No scolding. That moment is where change holds, because it is where you stop postponing what you already know you have to do.

What you take away

  • Your budget built and running, not in theory
  • Your debt plan with order and dates
  • Your expenses tracked and under control
  • Clarity on the habits sabotaging you
  • A group that understands exactly what you are doing

Who it is for

For anyone who wants the guidance but prefers a more accessible format than one-on-one. For anyone who is motivated by moving forward with others. And for anyone who already knows they need structure, not more loose information.

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference from one-on-one coaching?

The method is the same. In one-on-one all the time is yours and the plan is built around your specific case. In the group you move through a shared structure, with follow-up, at a more accessible price.

Are my numbers shared with the group?

No. You decide what you share. You work the exercises with your own data, and nobody is required to expose anything.

What if I cannot attend a live session?

Access to the recording is arranged so you do not lose the thread, though the greatest value is in taking part live.

When does the next cohort open?

I work in cohorts, so leave me your details in the form and I will let you know when the next one opens.

Not sure which one is yours?

Tell me what is happening with your money and I will tell you where I would start.
